Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship on the same or next working day. Tracking information will be provided and it is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. No responsibility can be taken for incorrect information.

We take care to package our products so they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you'll be so happy with your purchase that you won't want to return anything... so should you feel the need, please contact me with any questions or concerns as soon as possible. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any items that may need to be returned, must be approved and shipping will be at buyers own cost.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or Personalised orders
  • Digital downloads and Paper Patterns
  • Face Masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Sale items
Custom orders are non-refundable and payment must be made in full prior to being made and shipped.

Unless you purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you do purchase insurance and have a claim, it will be your responsibility to file the claim, not Sublime Stitchery's.

Warranty Disclaimer

We take great care when hand making your products. If you are unhappy with the workmanship of your goods, please contact us so we can make it right.
We recommend that you spot clean or hand wash items to ensure they look their best for as long as possible. Additional care information may be given on an individual product's page.
As with all fabric items, they will deteriorate over time and with misuse.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Sublime Stitchery will not disclose your name, email address, or other personal information to third parties, ever.
