
Shipping and Delivery
For North Island orders, the shipping rate is NZ$8.00, with a Rural add-on of NZ$9.50.
For South Island orders, the shipping rate is between NZ$9.50 and $18.00 with a Rural add-on of NZ$8.50.
Larger orders incur a higher shipping rate. Any shipping overages will be refunded.
I reserve the right to change shipping pricing according to costs incurred, which might not be reflected on this page. If you would like a different shipping service or a more accurate shipping rate, please get in touch.
Occasionally, tracking information is not provided where standard shipping is used, because it is significantly cheaper.
Standard Flat rate shipping to Australia is NZ$28.
Due to new tariffs, I’ve temporarily paused shipping physical products to the United States. While I work through the details with our shipping service, physical product orders will be unavailable.
The good news: PDF patterns are not affected and remain available as usual. I truly appreciate your patience and support, and I hope to reopen US shipping very soon.
We aim to ship on the same or next working day. Tracking information will be provided and it is the buyers responsibility to provide the correct address for delivery. No responsibility can be taken for incorrect information.
We take care to package our products so they arrive to you in perfect condition. If you have any special postal or packaging requests, please get in touch, we are happy to help.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you'll be so happy with your purchase that you won't want to return anything... so should you feel the need, please contact me with any questions or concerns as soon as possible. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Any items that may need to be returned, must be approved and shipping will be at buyers own cost.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom orders are non-refundable and payment must be made in full prior to being made and shipped.
Unless you purchase insurance, we cannot be responsible for lost items. If you do purchase insurance and have a claim, it will be your responsibility to file the claim, not Sublime Stitchery's.


Preorder Policy
Sublime Stitchery offers preorders for fabrics that are deemed highly desirable and highly anticipated. You can find these fabric collections under our Preorder menu filter.Â

Placing a preorder means you are reserving fabric by paying for the product up-front, before Sublime Stitchery has received the product in hand. Because we don't have the product in hand at the time of the preorder, please understand that we will ship all preorder fabrics immediately upon receiving said products. The estimated date of arrival is clearly noted in each preorder listing.Â

Sometimes a manufacturer can experience delays or mis-shipments, and these situations are outside of our control. If for any reason there is an issue with your preorder (ie delays, missing piece, etc), we will contact you through email, our social media channels or monthly newsletter to make you aware of any changes. Please know that all Preorder sales are final. Preorder sales cannot be canceled, altered, traded. Thank you for understanding.

We take great care when hand making your products. If you are unhappy with the workmanship of your goods, please contact us so we can make it right.Â
For custom made items, we recommend that you spot clean or hand wash items to ensure they look their best for as long as possible. Additional care information may be given on an individual product's page.

As with all fabric items, they will deteriorate over time and with misuse.
