Pellon® 71F Peltex® I One-Sided Fusible is an ultra-firm stabiliser that adds structure and stability to sewing projects without flattening or losing shape. Smooth, heavyweight, and easy to sew through, it’s a favourite for bag making, fabric baskets, craft projects, home décor, quilting, and machine embroidery.
 
Unlike some stiff stabilisers, Peltex® remains flexible enough to sew comfortably on a domestic sewing machine, even when layered between fabrics. It also holds up beautifully to steam pressing without distortion, helping your finished projects maintain their shape over time.
 
The one-sided fusible coating allows for easy positioning and reduced shifting while sewing. Pellon stabilisers may feature either a dot-adhesive or a spray-adhesive finish. The fusible side is typically the rough or shiny side - when in doubt, test a small sample before fusing.
