Bunny Meadow is a beautifully gentle cotton fabric designed by Japanese illustrator Nodoka Miyashita in collaboration with Deco Collections.
Tiny rabbits sit quietly amongst delicate flowers, framed by softly winding blue vines that create a repeating wreath-like pattern across the fabric. A natural beige and creamy ivory palette keeps the design beautifully understated, while dusty blue details and tiny touches of white and yellow add just enough colour.
Look closely and you’ll discover different little rabbits nestled throughout the pattern - sitting, stretching and quietly peeking out from within their leafy frames. The subtle crosshatched texture printed through the beige areas adds another layer of detail and gives the fabric a lovely linen-like appearance.
For quilting and patchwork, Bunny Meadow is a wonderful soft neutral that still has plenty of personality. Its repeating geometric layout can add subtle structure to quilt blocks, while the muted palette would pair beautifully with dusty blues, creams, soft greys and natural tones. If machine washing is your preferred method, we suggest using a mild, bleach-free detergent (like Soak) in cold water with similar colours on a gentle cycle. Dry on a low-heat tumble setting to minimise shrinkage.
